Description

You will conduct KYC reviews for micro and small/medium enterprise clients. The role focuses on analyzing and verifying registry and corporate documentation, validating ownership structures and beneficial owners, and assessing AML/CFT risks and data compliance. You will also prepare and maintain regulatory documentation and collaborate with stakeholders on KYC/AML processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC reviews for micro and small/medium enterprise clients
• Analyze and verify registry and corporate registration documentation
• Verify ownership structures and ultimate beneficial owners
• Collect information from registries and public databases
• Identify AML/CFT risks and assess data compliance
• Prepare and update documentation compliant with regulatory procedures and requirements
• Work with stakeholders on KYC and AML processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in AML/KYC, especially performing KYC reviews
• Experience analyzing registry and corporate documentation for business clients
• Ability to verify ownership structures and beneficial owners
• Knowledge of public registries and databases (e.g., KRS, CEIDG, CRBR)
• Practical knowledge of AML/CFT regulations
• Higher education
• English level of at least B1
