Description

In this B2B role, you will verify and analyze client documentation and ownership structures for MICRO, SME, and MID segments while ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulatory requirements. You will request missing documents via email, evaluate KYC profiles for completeness, consistency, and credibility, and support business decisions through AML/CFT risk assessment. The KYC process is performed with due diligence according to Polish law and internal bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect documents and information required to identify clients in the MICRO, SME, or MID segment as part of the PSK/KYC process
• Analyze ownership structures and various legal forms for residents and non-residents (e.g., partnerships, corporations, non-profits)
• Contact clients by email to obtain missing documents and information
• Assess documentation and information for consistency, completeness, and reliability
• Analyze and verify KYC profiles in accordance with the bank’s AML/CFT policy
• Work with internal units to obtain necessary data
• Perform AML/CFT risk assessment when making business decisions
• Execute KYC processes in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal regulations with due diligence
