Description

You will help adapt KYC processes to new AML/CTF regulatory requirements and updated internal regulations. The work involves operationalizing requirements for PEP, customer risk scoring, adverse media screening, and ODD review cycles, and updating KYC processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into detailed changes in KYC processes and procedures.
• Analyze new and updated AML/CTF requirements and assess their impact on existing processes, roles, and operational activities.
• Collaborate with process experts, project managers, and Group Financial Crime Prevention stakeholders to implement KYC changes.
• Prepare procedures, guidelines, and work instructions for operational teams.
• Identify process gaps, implementation risks, and dependencies between processes.
• Design and update KYC end-to-end processes.

Requirements

• Practical experience designing, improving, or implementing KYC processes and procedures, including end-to-end KYC.
• Strong knowledge of customer due diligence: CDD, EDD, PEP, Adverse Media Screening, and customer risk assessment.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and work instructions.
• Extensive experience in KYC, AML/CTF, or Financial Crime Prevention in the banking sector.
• Fluent Polish.
