Description

You will design and develop reporting solutions for project management and project controlling, translating business requirements into clear reporting concepts. Working with business teams and data engineers, you’ll build dashboards and reports that support decision-making, while ensuring data reliability through careful testing. You’ll also maintain and optimize existing reports, prepare and roll out new ones, and use AI tools to support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and align them with relevant stakeholders

• Convert business requirements into understandable report concepts and user-friendly dashboards in BI tools

• Test carefully and focus on data quality to deliver reliable results

• Prepare and implement new reports and support users with new solutions

• Analyze existing reports to improve the reporting environment, identify optimization areas, and support ongoing development

• Use AI tools when fulfilling reporting requirements and creating reporting solutions

Requirements

• German and Polish at least C1

• Multi-year BI consulting experience, including report concept design and creation for project management

• Domain knowledge in project management and project controlling

• Requirements analysis and stakeholder management experience

• Strong experience (developer-level) with at least one BI tool: MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Looker

• Ability to design user-friendly reports and dashboards (UX)

• Basic knowledge of data modeling, SQL, Python, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Very good communication skills for collaboration between business areas and Data Engineering teams

• Ability to independently organize work and set priorities when handling multiple parallel requests
