Description

You will develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support transparent operational and strategic decision-making. You will consolidate finance, production, and asset data from multiple systems, build KPIs and analyses, and automate recurring reporting and controlling processes. You will also explore AI opportunities in controlling, improve data flows and interfaces with IT and external partners, and create financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards

• Integrate finance, production, and asset data into meaningful KPIs and analyses

• Automate recurring reporting and controlling processes; further develop integrated financial planning

• Identify and test AI use cases in controlling; support practical rollout

• Improve data flows and interfaces between systems with IT and external service providers

• Independently create financial analyses, forecasts, and management reports

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

• Experience in controlling or business intelligence with strong understanding of business relationships

• Practical Power BI experience (Power Query, data modeling, DAX for KPI calculations)

• Interest in AI, automation, and new technologies; ability to question and improve current ways of working

• Confident use of Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage

• Analytical, structured, independent working style; ability to present complex data clearly

• Very good German skills and good English skills
