Description

You will support the Reporting Lead and the BI team within an SAP implementation project for reporting across four European markets. The role focuses on analyzing the existing reporting environment, standardizing/simplifying reports, collecting and documenting reporting requirements, and defining whether reporting should remain in SAP or be implemented using Data Lake and/or Power BI. You will also support BI BAU tasks, including Power BI, during periods with lower project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting in the SAP implementation across four European markets

• Analyze current reporting environment and identify opportunities to standardize and simplify reports

• Lead and participate in workshops with business users

• Collect, analyze, and document reporting requirements

• Prepare requirements for the SAP vendor

• Define the split of reporting between SAP and BI solutions such as Data Lake and Power BI

• Support creation of the report catalog and requirements backlog

• Analyze data sources and needs related to historical data access

• Collaborate with BI, HR, Finance teams, and the implementation partner

• Support reporting design and define KPIs aligned with business needs

• Support ongoing BAU activities, including Power BI, in lower project periods

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, reporting, or business analysis

• Practical experience in SAP implementation projects for reporting

• Strong knowledge of SAP reporting capabilities and the SAP data model (HR and Finance)

• Ability to analyze, organize, and document business requirements

• Experience facilitating workshops with business users

• Knowledge of reporting design, standardization, and KPI design

• Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge

• Power BI knowledge (additional advantage)

• Collaboration skills across business, BI, and the SAP provider

• Very good English

• Independent, communicative, and well-organized

• Understanding of available SAP data and appropriate use of SAP reporting vs Data Lake/Power BI
