Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI reporting and analytics solutions, including data modeling, DAX measures, and automated data refresh pipelines. The role focuses on delivering financial/control reporting dashboards and integrating data from ERP and other business systems. You will also administer Power BI Service (access, security, and monitoring) and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reporting solutions

• Build, develop, and optimize data models supporting financial and management reporting

• Create data transformation, preparation, and integration processes across multiple sources

• Develop advanced measures, calculations, and business logic using DAX

• Prepare reports and dashboards for finance, controlling, and management

• Integrate data from ERP and other organizational data sources

• Configure and administer Power BI Service, including access management and data security

• Implement and monitor automated dataset refresh processes

• Analyze and optimize performance of data models and reports

• Work with business users to collect requirements and roll out new solutions

• Create technical documentation and support the reporting environment after go-live

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering Power BI projects and ability to independently lead technical implementation

• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query

• Strong SQL knowledge and everyday database work experience

• Experience integrating data from ERP or key business systems

• Experience in projects for financial reporting, controlling, or management analytics

• Knowledge of financial and management reporting concepts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, cost analysis, cost centers)

• Experience with Power BI Service configuration, user access, and automated data refresh

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions

• Effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders

• Fluency in Polish and English
