Description

As a Senior System Analyst, you will analyze complex systems, translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, and support Agile delivery to enable digital transformation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive system analysis using UML, BPMN, and visual modeling
• Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Prepare and maintain system documentation
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Use Enterprise Architect to visualize and optimize system architecture
• Leverage Kafka and RabbitMQ for messaging and distributed system integration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and technical implementation
• Participate in continuous improvement to streamline analysis and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role
• Strong modeling skills (UML, BPMN) and experience with Enterprise Architect
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Good command of Polish
• Communicative proficiency in English
• Legal right to work in the European Union
