Join a team to lead the requirements process and provide insights that support scalable, robust, and effective technological solutions. You will clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements, help improve application quality for production, and collaborate across business, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements

• Strengthen robustness and quality of applications to ensure reliable production operations

• Deliver projects in line with defined scope, standards, and timelines

• Stay updated with developments and best practices in your field

• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners

• Offer guidance to maximize customer value within your area

• Contribute to solutions that innovate and modernize the application portfolio

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills

• Business knowledge and experience in banking

• Proficiency in SQL with experience managing large datasets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for T24

• Experience in analyzing end-to-end data flows

• Skills in facilitating workshops with diverse teams

• Proven track record in supporting solution design and defining acceptance criteria
