Description

You will analyze and design IT solutions by translating business requirements into system architecture. You will engineer integration specifications, support teams with user stories, maintain project and system documentation, and assist application support by diagnosing incidents and errors. The role also includes participating in effort estimation and presenting services/progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design IT solutions; assess impact of planned changes on existing processes and architecture

• Engineer requirements and integrations; define integration service specifications and convert requirements into user stories for development teams

• Maintain project and system documentation in line with PPUC/client guidelines

• Support and maintain systems; diagnose issues and analyze errors within an assigned application domain

• Provide business support and help with quoting; present services and report progress to external clients and group companies

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or Solutions Architect in complex IT projects

• Ability to translate business requirements and vision into system solutions and information architecture

• Practical use of architectural patterns and UML or C4 model

• Experience converting business needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria

• Comfort with UML, BPMN, and sequence diagrams / process modeling

• Integration knowledge: REST/SOAP APIs, synchronous and asynchronous communication, queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), ESB

• Security integration expertise: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML

• Modern tech stack experience for microservices; databases, message queues, S3, Docker and Kubernetes

• Daily proficiency with Jira and diagramming in Sparx EA

• Ability to diagnose and analyze errors within an assigned application domain
