Description

Work with clients to translate business needs into digital and AI-enabled requirements, including AI-supported processes, agents, and automation capabilities. Lead workshops and ongoing communication using AI tools to support documentation and decision-making, and ensure business analysis aligns with client objectives and modern AI-enabled delivery approaches. Mentor junior analysts and support development teams through rapid prototyping and AI-assisted solution design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered solutions and automation

• Lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication, using AI tools to support workshops, documentation, and decision-making

• Manage and oversee business analysis activities to ensure alignment with client objectives and AI-enabled delivery approaches

• Define and structure business requirements as clear user stories, including requirements for AI-supported processes, agents, and automation capabilities

• Document requirements using diagrams, models, and process flows, applying AI-assisted analysis techniques

• Own the business perspective of implemented AI-driven functionalities and intelligent automation solutions

• Mentor and support junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and adoption of AI-enhanced ways of working

• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and collaborating in rapid prototyping and AI-assisted solution design

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects

• Solid experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into digital and AI-enabled solutions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity

• Experience working with internal and/or external clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexible collaboration

• Experience with agile software development methodologies and iterative product delivery

• Ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team with multidisciplinary AI, data, and engineering specialists

• Very good command of German (B2/C1) and English (B1+)

• High responsibility and strong organization; maintain quality and governance standards while leveraging AI tools

• Proactive interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflows, and AI-assisted software development
