Description

Contribute to business transformation by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements and current-state processes to support automation and AI-powered development.

Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps; facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions. Support the project team across the SDLC and participate in UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points.

• Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development.

• Actively participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements across all phases of the SDLC.

• Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs.

• Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders.

• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis.

• Solid grasp of core business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques.

• Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment phases.

• Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts.

• UiPath expertise: foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) or hands-on experience.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with structured problem-solving.

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn emerging technologies.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication for direct client interaction.

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques such as prompt engineering, LLMs, or NLP.
