Description

Build, integrate, and operate agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Work hands-on within the architecture defined by an AI Solution Architect and take ownership of reliability and correctness. Collaborate with business product owners and client stakeholders from initial workshops through production-ready delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution workshops with business product owners

• Design and implement agents, agentic workflows, and ML/AI components (agent logic, tool/function definitions, prompt and context design)

• Lead hands-on implementation from LLM integration to end-to-end agent behavior

• Ensure reliable and repeatable solutions that can be demoed and extended

• Design and build data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation (including structured extraction from documents/contracts and data validation)

• Set up data quality checks and monitor output stability

• Lead evaluation and tuning against agreed metrics (e.g., extraction accuracy, forecast accuracy)

• Integrate AI components with client source systems, data stores, and output formats (files, exports, spreadsheets)

• Manage deployment, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance during the engagement

• Clarify requirements and validate results with stakeholders

• Maintain clear technical documentation

• Explain technical constraints, trade-offs, and results to non-technical audiences

• Assess whether the chosen technology stack fits the use case and report cost, performance, and limitations

• Stay current with agentic frameworks and AI engineering best practices; propose improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI/agentic solutions for enterprise-level companies

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and/or Google ADK

• Experience using Claude Code in day-to-day development

• Strong proficiency in Python and solid data engineering skills

• Applied experience with LLM/ML systems: integration, evaluation, and tuning

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP)

• English at B2 level or higher

• Ownership of your work, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
