Description

Join a banking project to develop a Customer 360 data platform and services for storing, managing, and sharing bank customer data. The initiative supports a strategic transformation of the core banking ecosystem to reduce dependencies between systems, improve scalability, and accelerate business solution development. You will gather and prioritize business requirements as User Stories, create functional and technical specifications, and analyze customer and product data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements as User Stories

• Prepare functional and technical specifications and model business processes

• Work with the Product Owner, stakeholders, developers, and vendors

• Analyze customer and product data in databases

• Participate in testing and rollout of new functionalities

• Support existing systems

• Create and maintain analytical documentation

Requirements

• Practical SQL knowledge to build queries and analyze data, including in an Oracle environment

• Experience with data management and Data Quality

• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and creating User Stories

• Experience collaborating with a Product Owner and development teams

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of Informatica MDM

• Experience with Customer 360 projects

• Experience working in the banking sector
