Description

A Business Analyst is needed for a project that modernizes an existing terminology database and creates a modern platform for creating, managing, and sharing terminology and semantic resources. The system will support collaboration among experts and stakeholders, terminology management processes, searching and managing data, and integration with other digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and create user stories

• Model business processes in BPMN, including workflows and approval processes

• Perform data analysis: data discovery, data mapping, and support data migration

• Define and document API, integration, and system interface requirements

• Collaborate with technical and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Support backlog management, UAT, and product discovery

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in large projects and an international environment

• Knowledge of BPMN, workflow, data migration, and data mapping

• Experience working with user stories

• Basic knowledge of how REST API, OAuth/OIDC, SSO, and system integrations work

• English language skills at C1 or C2 level

• Higher education
