Description

You will configure and analyze business processes using BPMS and low-code platforms. The job combines process modeling (BPMN/UML), implementing business rules with programming logic, and supporting transformations such as XML/XSLT. You will collaborate with business and IT teams while continuously seeking process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflow solutions in BPMS/low-code environments
• Model business processes and document requirements
• Implement business rules using programming concepts (data, variables, conditions, loops)
• Apply logic to transformations (including XML/XSLT where applicable)
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (system analyst, process designer, BPMS developer, or workflow consultant)
• Hands-on experience with BPMS platforms (e.g., UniFlow, Ferryt, WEBCON, AMODIT or similar)
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; ability to use data structures, variables, loops, and conditions for business rules and XML/XSLT transformations
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Analytical and logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to model business processes and document requirements
• Experience collaborating with business and IT teams
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Independence, initiative, and engagement

• English proficiency for comfortable communication
