Description

You will develop and manage middleware-based interfaces between systems, optimize and automate data flows (especially around ERP, CRM, and other business applications), and support integration implementations and issue resolution. You will ensure end-to-end quality, stability, and performance across the full process chain, including documentation, while continuously improving integration processes with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer interfaces between different systems using middleware
• Optimize and automate data flows, particularly in environments involving ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems
• Provide technical consulting for implementing integration solutions and support them in case of incidents
• Ensure quality, stability, and performance across the entire process chain, including documentation
• Continuously develop and improve existing integration processes in close collaboration with internal and external teams

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree (preferred); motivated career switchers with relevant experience are welcome
• Strong command of SQL; ETL tools experience is desirable
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational databases
• Familiarity with common data formats and interfaces, such as EDIFACT, REST, and SFTP; ideally experience with Lobster_data or SAP Integration Suite
• Strong analytical mindset, high customer/service orientation, good English skills, and confident use of Microsoft Office
• Independent, goal-oriented, hands-on approach and enjoyment of collaboration in agile, solution-focused teams
