Description

You will help shape a new stage of digitalization by finding business processes that can be automated or improved with AI, then taking them through to a functional, adopted solution.

You will build automations and applications in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) connected to Business Central and Dynamics 365 CE, create and manage AI agents and workflow (Copilot Studio and other tools), and write scripts/integrations when low-code is not enough.

You will also expand practical usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot, set safe AI usage and data protection rules with IT, and support adoption through workshops and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify processes across departments that can be automated or improved with AI and deliver them as working solutions
• Build automations and apps in Power Automate and Power Apps integrated with Business Central and Dynamics 365 CE
• Create and manage AI agents and automation workflows using Copilot Studio and other tools
• Write scripts and build integrations where low-code is insufficient
• Develop practical, day-to-day usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Work with IT to define rules for safe AI use and data protection
• Prepare training, workshops, and best practices to help colleagues actually use the new tools

Requirements

• Practical experience with generative AI, including artifacts you personally built and deployed
• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge: Power Automate, Power Apps (ideally Copilot Studio)
• Experience creating and managing AI agents and automation workflows
• Python or similar scripting language experience (e.g., PowerShell)
• Good orientation in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Ability to understand business processes and find where they can be simplified
• Basic orientation in cybersecurity and data protection
• Strong communication and collaboration with both IT and end users
• Independent, curious, and able to take tasks to completion
