Description

You will join a project for a leading bank in Poland to build and evolve an Agentic AI platform that supports business processes. The work includes creating LLM-driven solutions, multi-agent architectures, and RAG systems, plus integrating AI components into enterprise environments. You will also focus on response quality, reducing hallucinations, and implementing safety mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI solutions

• Build systems based on LLMs and RAG

• Design multi-agent architecture using Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

• Integrate AI agents with business systems via API

• Develop AI and Machine Learning components in Python

• Create evaluation, monitoring, and observability mechanisms for AI systems

• Optimize model response quality, reduce hallucinations, and implement safety controls

• Collaborate with business teams, architects, and IT teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial Python programming experience

• 2+ years of experience with LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI projects

• Practical experience designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments

• Knowledge of Agno, LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or comparable frameworks

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus)

• Knowledge of embeddings, reranking, and model response optimization

• Backend development experience with FastAPI

• Knowledge of ML/AI libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face

• Experience with AI monitoring and evaluation tools (Langfuse, LangSmith, Promptfoo, DeepEval)

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift

• Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps

• Ability to design AI architectures for enterprise environments
