Description

Join international teams developing production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. Build LLM-powered applications, multi-agent systems and workflows, and advanced RAG solutions that support business processes such as tax and compliance. Senior candidates may also contribute to architectural decisions and reusable internal AI platform components.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI

• Build multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows

• Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions

• Integrate AI components with external tools, APIs, and business systems

• Contribute to AI platforms and reusable components used across multiple teams

• Ensure the quality, scalability, performance, and reliability of production AI solutions

• Collaborate with architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders

• For senior and lead-level positions: contribute to technical architecture and guide engineering decisions

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-ready applications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions

• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools

• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures

• Experience developing AI agents, orchestrating workflows, and integrating external tools

• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage

• At least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or comparable complexity projects

• Very good English for international technical and business communication

• Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to work collaboratively
