Description

You will develop and industrialize AI applications for the Investment Banking division by accelerating the integration of generative AI solutions and AI agents into business processes. The environment is platform-based, with high-impact use cases in document analysis, credit, and finance, where compliance, auditability, and data security are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-based agentic solutions to automate complex business processes

• Work with business teams to identify needs and drive AI adoption

• Develop data extraction pipelines and implement evaluation and observability frameworks for AI agents

• Deploy and industrialize models (LLMs, GPUs) while ensuring quality via testing and DevOps best practices

• Take full ownership of AI feature delivery

• Respect LLM non-determinism and communicate constraints clearly; build robust safety rails

• Communicate technical trade-offs with architects and business users; mentor peers

• Validate ideas and PoCs quickly using data and avoid technical debt

Requirements

• Strong Python with extensive object-oriented programming and enterprise software design patterns

• Proven experience building asynchronous microservices and endpoints using FastAPI

• Hands-on pytest experience for unit, functional, and integration testing of ML/LLM pipelines

• Ability to write Bash scripts for automation, data handling, and container interaction

• LLM architecture understanding demonstrated through a project portfolio

• Experience architecting multi-step, stateful agentic graphs using LangGraph or Google ADK

• Hands-on experience optimizing LLM pipelines programmatically using DSPy

• Practical experience deploying and running high-throughput open-weight models on GPUs using vLLM (CUDA and fine-tuning are a strong plus)

• Experience with automated build, test, and release pipelines using Jenkins

• Experience with tracing, drift detection, and automated evaluations for generative workflows (e.g., Phoenix Arize)

• Dedication to shipping stable, secure, compliant code in banking infrastructure
