Description

Design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows that automate exception handling, data classification, decision-making, and reporting. Collaborate with operations teams to transform complex manual business processes into automated cognitive workflows that reduce manual effort and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic workflows: implement AI agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues
• Automate & classify: develop natural language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
• Bridge business & AI: work with Regulatory Operations (Reg Ops) and stakeholders to map workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into automation
• Prototype to production: take Proof of Concept ideas to robust, scalable production LLM applications
• Shape the future roadmap: contribute to rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (production, not only API queries or notebook experimentation)
• Strong Python experience plus LangChain, cloud technologies, and LLM-based application development
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG solutions
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate business logic into automated workflows
• Experience supporting agentic roadmap work from classification through action-taking workflows
