Description

Build evaluation-driven, secure, and scalable agentic AI systems. Architect multi-agent workflows, engineer robust tool interfaces, and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) grounded in proprietary data. Create structured outputs for rich UI rendering and establish evaluation pipelines and metrics to ensure agent performance, reliability, and accuracy in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain

• Develop and maintain reliable tool definitions for interacting with internal APIs

• Build and optimize RAG systems to ground model responses in proprietary data

• Ensure AI responses are structured for rich UI rendering (dynamic graphs, charts, interactive elements)

• Create testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and production metrics

• Move validated prototypes to production readiness, including guardrails, security, cost, and scale

• Debug and optimize multi-agent workflows with asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency

• Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a DevOps mindset

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in Python and the modern AI engineering stack

• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and the OpenAI SDK

• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and multi-agent workflow optimization

• Skills in asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency

• Background designing and integrating with complex REST and GraphQL endpoints

• Competency handling structured data formats (JSON, XML) for tool calling

• Hands-on experience with Docker

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies for RAG

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
