Description

Build evaluation-driven, secure, and scalable agentic systems. Architect multi-agent workflows, engineer robust tool interfaces, and develop RAG pipelines grounded in proprietary data. Ensure AI outputs are structured for rich UI rendering and create evaluation pipelines and metrics to validate agent performance and reliability in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain
• Develop and maintain reliable tool definitions for interacting with internal APIs
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ground model responses in proprietary data
• Structure AI responses for rich UI rendering (dynamic graphs, charts, interactive elements)
• Create testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and metrics for agent performance, reliability, and accuracy
• Take validated prototypes to production readiness, addressing guardrails, security, cost, and scale
• Debug and optimize multi-agent workflows focused on asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
• Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a strong DevOps mindset

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and the modern AI engineering stack
• Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI SDK
• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and multi-agent workflow optimization
• Skills in asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
• Background in designing and integrating with complex REST and GraphQL endpoints
• Competency in handling structured data formats (JSON, XML) for tool calling
• Hands-on experience with Docker
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying production-grade AI applications
• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies for semantic search and RAG implementation
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
