Quick Facts

  • Role: AI Software Engineer
  • Work mode: Warsaw or remote

Description

Develop and integrate AI-driven applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and supporting platforms. Build features end-to-end—from APIs and data models to a working user interface—while ensuring security, permissions, auditing, and stable operation. You will also review and improve AI-generated code, run automated tests, and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop functions from API and data model through to a working user interface (with Codex).
  • Analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prepare plans, instructions, and context for programming agents.
  • Implement and integrate LLM, RAG, AI agents, and MCP services with monitoring of state, permissions, and costs.
  • Build business processes, rules, forms, approvals, and document handling, including data isolation, access control, safe integrations, and system action logging.
  • Review and fix AI-generated code; run automated tests and evaluate response quality.
  • Diagnose bugs, refactor, update dependencies, document changes, and collaborate on architecture and deployments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Python programming experience and practical experience building applications using LLMs.
  • Practical knowledge of web APIs (e.g., FastAPI), asynchronous programming, SQL, transactions, and database migrations.
  • Ability to work with Codex or similar agents: split tasks, prepare context, assess changes, and debug independently.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to develop and verify the UI (forms, app state, API integrations, and error handling).
  • Understanding of RAG, vector search, agent tool calling, and managing application state and user approvals.
  • Ability to design access control, secret protection, data isolation, and understanding of LLM-related threats.
  • Practical knowledge of Git, automated tests, Docker, and basic Linux; ability to diagnose issues from logs.
  • Ability to translate user needs into tasks and acceptance criteria and take responsibility for function quality.

Benefits

  • Transparent and stable employment forms according to your preferences.
  • Work on in-house AI products and projects for major public and private institutions.
  • Internal training and course co-financing aligned to your career interests.
  • Career growth opportunities, company laptop and phone, and a friendly work atmosphere.
  • Private health insurance, additional liability insurance, and periodic preventive care.
  • Bonus under an Employee Referral Program.
  • No dress code, snacks at the office, and specialty coffee and tea.
