Description

Design and deploy production-ready, agentic AI workflows using Python and LLM-based systems. Build solutions that automate triage, classification, exception handling, decision support, and reporting by turning manual business processes into automated cognitive workflows. Partner with operations and stakeholders to evolve prototypes into scalable LLM applications and roadmap initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor-submitted issues

• Develop natural language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies

• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations (Reg Ops) and business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify cognitive bottlenecks, and translate them into technical automation

• Take Proof of Concept (PoC) ideas to robust, scalable production-ready LLM applications

• Support long-term initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code-generation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications (not just querying APIs or experimenting in notebooks)

• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, cloud technologies, and LLM-based application development

• Proven experience implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

• Outstanding ability to collaborate with non-technical operations stakeholders and translate complex business logic into automated workflows

• Ability to support agentic roadmap work from initial classification through action-taking workflows
