• Role: Senior Agentic Engineer

Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI agents end-to-end across the Agentic SDLC, integrating them with developer environments and CI/CD—from analysis and code creation through testing, documentation, and maintenance.

You’ll own AI adoption planning, apply Spec-Driven Development and agent/workflow/prompt design, and drive governance, scaling, and business-value measurement while ensuring security, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Experience implementing AI tools across the SDLC (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot, open-source models)
• Ability to build AI agents, workflows, skills, and integrate them with repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and code review/testing processes
• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development, LLM concepts, RAG, and agent architectures (LangGraph and MCP protocol experience is a plus)
• Production experience deploying AI solutions (configuration, hardening, monitoring, and model cost optimization)
• Ability to measure business value (KPI, OKR, ROI) and define safe AI usage rules
• Strong communication and consulting skills with demonstrated knowledge-sharing
• Must live in and/or have authorization to work in Poland
