Description

Design and implement Agentic SDLC solutions and AI agents that support software development. Integrate AI solutions with developer tools, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines, and enable teams through pilots, workshops, and training. Build standards, workflows, and good practices for AI usage, and monitor KPI, ROI, and rollout effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Agentic SDLC solutions and AI agents for the software development process

• Integrate AI solutions with developer tools, repositories, and CI/CD pipelines

• Run pilots, workshops, and training sessions for IT teams

• Support adoption of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot

• Define AI usage standards, workflows, and best practices

• Define and track KPI, ROI, and effectiveness of implementations

• Collaborate with technical and business teams and transfer knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer, or similar role

• Experience implementing AI solutions supporting SDLC

• Practical knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools

• Ability to build AI agents, workflows, and integrations into development processes

• Knowledge of LLM, RAG, agent architectures, and modern AI practices for software engineering (preferred: LangGraph and MCP)

• Ability to facilitate workshops, collaborate with teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Strong knowledge of security topics, governance, and enterprise AI deployments
