Description

You will design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality and take end-to-end ownership of integrating agentic components into existing platforms and infrastructure. You will collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers on complex technical challenges and ensure solutions meet AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards. You will also contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality

• Own end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges

• Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards

• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

• Strong Python development skills

• Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments

• Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production

• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)

• API management experience (Apigee preferred)

• Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing

• Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms)

• Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize

• Good English, at least B2/B2+
