Description

You will support an AI transformation program by implementing Agentic SDLC practices across the full software development lifecycle. The role combines technical delivery with hands-on guidance to development teams on using AI agents, automation, and AI tools to support engineering tasks like testing, code review, documentation, and application maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Agentic SDLC implementations: from needs analysis and pilots to standardization, governance, and scaling

• Design and implement AI agents, workflows, prompts, and “skills” supporting development, testing, code review, documentation, and application maintenance

• Integrate AI solutions into the software factory environment, including repositories, CI/CD, code review, and testing

• Support teams in using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and M365 Copilot

• Implement Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-assisted engineering practices

• Facilitate technical workshops, consultations, trainings, and hands-on sessions with engineering teams

• Create standards, best practices, and reference patterns for applying AI in SDLC

• Collaborate with technical teams, managers, and directors to define needs and AI adoption roadmaps

• Define and monitor KPI/OKR and measure ROI for deployed AI solutions

• Assess AI tools/solutions for quality, cost, security, and regulatory compliance

• Transfer knowledge through pair/mob programming, code review, and joint solution design

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role (Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer or similar)

• Strong knowledge of the complete SDLC and experience working with software delivery teams

• Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions that support software development

• Knowledge of AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, M365 Copilot) or open-source models

• Experience building AI agents, workflows, skills, and prompts and integrating them with developer environments

• Knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and modern AI-assisted software engineering practices

• Understanding of LLM concepts, RAG, automation, and agent architectures

• Knowledge of MCP; LangGraph framework experience is a plus

• Production deployment experience for AI solutions: configuration, integration, hardening, monitoring, and evolution

• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into concrete AI initiatives

• Experience evaluating AI business value, model usage costs, and deployment outcomes

• Very good communication and advisory skills with both engineering teams and management

• Preferred: experience in large financial organizations; familiarity with security and compliance requirements

• Independent, analytical, and open to experimenting with new AI solutions
