Description

Manage a team responsible for driving AI adoption across the bank, including community building, change management, and business process optimization. You will also oversee AI-related procurement processes and deliver AI adoption programs (training, hackathons, prompthons, expert events, and educational initiatives). In addition, you will support organizational change and supervise Copilot platform usage, including licensing and adoption of declarative agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI adoption team: build a community, manage an ambassador network, and drive change management and process optimization
• Manage procurement processes for AI initiatives in coordination with procurement, legal, and compliance
• Develop and deliver AI adoption programs (internal/external training, hackathons, prompthons, expert events, educational initiatives)
• Build and manage an AI practitioners community (AI Guild), promote knowledge sharing and responsible, practical AI culture
• Lead AI initiatives/projects, especially in larger interdisciplinary groups, ensuring effective coordination and business goal delivery
• Support the CK AI Director with change management and related communications across the AI Transformation
• Develop process optimization: manage a team responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes and identifying automation/AI opportunities
• Oversee Copilot platform usage, manage licenses, and support adoption of declarative agents
• Collaborate with the AI Factory and AI Governance, bringing a process, adoption, and innovation perspective to AI design and deployment

Requirements

• Very strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Effective teamwork experience at team and department level
• Independent and creative ability to create and implement concepts
• Experience with transformation, process work, continuous improvement, or project work
• Interest in AI with deep understanding of its aspects
