Description

Lead the implementation of standards for AI governance, quality evaluation, and adoption of AI solutions on an enterprise AI platform. You will support project and business teams in deploying AI agents in a secure, compliant, and effective way, and monitor quality and utilization of solutions already running on the platform. In collaboration with business, product owners, the AI Platform team, security, architecture, compliance, and risk, you will build organizational AI standards, enable onboarding, and grow AI competencies.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of AI Governance, AI Risk Management, and organizational controls related to AI use.
• Monitor compliance of AI solutions with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with AI Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Risk to assess readiness of AI solutions for deployment.
• Support review and approval processes for new AI use cases.
• Ensure application of AI agent and LLM-based application quality evaluation standards.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of evaluation documentation and quality evidence required before production release.
• Monitor usage of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and other required safeguards for selected use cases.
• Support teams in defining quality and success metrics for AI solutions.
• Consolidate quality, usage, and adoption indicators for AI solutions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management and product owners.
• Monitor agent usage levels and identify improvement areas.
• Support measurement of business value delivered by AI solutions.
• Organize onboarding for new teams using the AI Platform.
• Prepare training materials, instructions, and best practices.
• Lead workshops and educational sessions for business and technical users.
• Build an AI user community and promote best practices for AI use across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in governance, quality assurance, IT risk, change management, product management, or implementing new technologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with business and technical teams.
• Basic understanding of AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, and RAG processes.
• Experience creating reports, analyses, and materials for stakeholders and management.
• Ability to define processes, standards, and quality metrics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
