Description

You will help implement and maintain security controls under NIS2, solving practical issues that arise from them. The role covers on-prem and cloud administration, identity and endpoint management, user support, and collaboration with the development team. You’ll work with guidance from an experienced IT lead and have room to grow toward cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security measures for NIS2 and resolve related practical issues
• Collaborate with colleagues from development
• Administer server infrastructure
• Administer cloud environment and identities (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender), including user accounts, access, and licenses
• Administer end-user devices
• Support users with day-to-day requests and problems (small team)
• Document, maintain records, and support inspections and audits

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of IT experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Intune and Microsoft Defender administration
• Server administration experience (Windows Server 2016 or newer)
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• PowerShell scripting basics
• General understanding of IT
• Ability to analyze problems, find causes, and propose solutions
• Willingness to learn new topics across IT
• Reliability and timely communication when issues arise
• Excellent Czech; English at the level needed to understand technical documentation
