Description

You will work in a newly created position that combines daily IT administration with infrastructure and project tasks. Responsibilities include supporting local IT infrastructure for smooth operations, managing Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory/Entra ID, handling endpoint and network device administration, and participating in modernization such as preparing IT for a new building and planned relocation. You will resolve technical incidents and requests at L2/L3 level with the central IT team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support local IT infrastructure to ensure reliable day-to-day operations
• Administer Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, and end-user device management tools
• Handle technical incidents and requests (primarily L2/L3) in collaboration with central IT
• Support local LAN/WLAN infrastructure, network equipment, workstations, printers, and other IT devices
• Participate in infrastructure modernization, technology changes, and international IT projects
• Manage IT equipment and coordinate hardware renewal across its lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to global IT and cybersecurity standards
• Work with external IT vendors and international colleagues
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize local IT services

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT administration, infrastructure, or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory/Entra ID
• Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and end-user device management
• Ticketing system experience and understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles
• Basic understanding of IT security, access management, and endpoint security
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, organize work, and communicate with users and technical teams
• English proficiency at least B1
