Description

You will lead and coordinate technical infrastructure projects at a site, including planning and implementation for water supply, cooling, heating, sprinkler systems, and HVAC/air conditioning. You will support RLT trades for office renovations, ensure schedule/cost/quality targets are met, and manage commissioning of new systems up to issue-free acceptance. You will also help optimize existing facilities for energy-efficient operation and coordinate energy-saving projects in supply technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate site technical infrastructure projects

• Plan water supply, cooling, cold/heat supply, sprinkler systems, and HVAC

• Support implementation for RLT trades in office renovations

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements

• Commission new systems up to defect-free acceptance

• Support and optimize existing systems for energy-efficient operation

• Plan and coordinate energy-saving projects in supply technology

Requirements

• Completed technician school or degree in supply engineering, facility management, or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in planning and coordinating technical building services projects

• Confident use of MS Office

• Strong communication, persuasive, creative, and structured working style

• Fluent German (spoken and written); English knowledge is desirable
