Description

You will manage and develop a secure, stable server and network infrastructure built on Windows Server, virtualization, storage, network components, and related services. You’ll operate Microsoft 365 and core identity/infrastructure technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, and Group Policy, while supporting a hybrid cloud environment with availability, performance, and security. You’ll also implement security controls, handle operational and security incidents, and take ownership of backup, restore testing, and crisis readiness, with opportunities to automate and improve the environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Windows Server-based infrastructure (virtualization, storage, networking, related services)
• Administer Microsoft 365 and infrastructure/identity components (Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP, certificate services, Group Policy)
• Ensure reliable operations of hybrid cloud services, including availability, performance, and security
• Implement security measures: access/permissions management, VPN, security controls, and vulnerability management
• Independently handle operational and security incidents; analyze root causes and coordinate remediation with internal teams and external suppliers
• Own backup processes, test system restore, and regularly verify readiness for crisis situations
• Propose technical improvements and automate recurring tasks to support ongoing infrastructure development

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in enterprise infrastructure administration
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and Microsoft ecosystem administration
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, SharePoint, DNS, or DHCP
• Understanding of IT security principles and experience with permissions and security controls or security incident handling
• Ability to independently analyze problems, propose solutions, and take responsibility for implementation
• Systematic approach to documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
• Advantage: knowledge of Linux or Microsoft SQL Server
