Description

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will ensure efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and material coordination to support maintenance and operations for offshore wind farms. You will coordinate with technicians, planners, suppliers, and logistics providers to keep materials and equipment available for offshore campaigns. You will maintain accurate records in SAP and monitor warehouse processes in line with HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and material handling
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Process goods receipts, material issues, returns, and stock movements
• Maintain accurate SAP records
• Support material planning and replenishment
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with suppliers and logistics providers
• Ensure availability of materials, spare parts, and consumables for offshore campaigns
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Monitor warehouse processes for HSE compliance
• Support continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics operations
• Collaborate with site management, planners, technicians, and procurement teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator, Warehouse Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Hands-on experience working with SAP (inventory management, goods movements, material tracking, etc.)
• Good understanding of supply chain and material management principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within an international team environment
