Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Coordinator to support enterprise IT operations across multiple countries. You will coordinate IT changes between clients and technical teams, manage approvals and sign-off, and ensure smooth operational delivery. The role includes presenting operational updates, planned changes, and service/IT/operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular customer meetings

• Coordinate and schedule IT changes across different stakeholders

• Present operational updates and planned changes to customers

• Manage approvals and sign-off processes

• Prepare and present service, IT and operational reports

• Facilitate meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement of operational processes

Requirements

• Professional German (B2+/C1, fluent) and English (B2+/C1, fluent)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Previous experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, Change Management, or Customer Success

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously

• Experience with ITSM processes

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms (advantage)

• Good reporting skills (plus)
