Description

This role is responsible for creating and maintaining Service Management capabilities that support compliant, customer-centric service delivery across the service lifecycle. You will manage the central service catalogue and repository workflows, coordinate onboarding and service life cycle processes, and produce Service Level and Service Volume reporting. You will also ensure regulatory compliance (including data remediation) and facilitate Service Review meetings with service recipients.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Service Management, Portfolio Management, and Customer Experience Management

• Proven record of successfully managing and improving Service Management processes (performance, service catalogue design, reporting, sourcing controls)

• Ability to ensure compliance to EBA, DORA, Schrems II requirements for services, including data remediation

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the service catalogue in a central repository

• Set up the central repository, including initiating workflows toward Service Recipients

• Coordinate and monitor processes toward Service Recipients during onboarding and the service life cycle

• Provide Service Level and Service Volume reporting

• Prepare and communicate Service Review meetings

• Coordinate with Service Recipients according to contractual agreements, including formal communication
