Description

Lead IT feasibility studies for CAPEX projects using a structured gate model. Produce early estimates of IT workload and costs across systems such as MES, automation, and SAP, and evaluate implementation conditions and options based on ROI, standardization, flexibility, and safety. Deliver scope definition, technical diagrams, URS/RFQ documents, support vendor negotiations, and ensure a structured handover to delivery project managers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT feasibility studies using a gate model (Exploration → Development → CAPEX Gate)

• Produce early estimates of IT workload and costs across MES, automation, and SAP

• Evaluate implementation conditions and potential solutions based on ROI, standardization, flexibility, and safety

• Define project scope for infrastructure, MES, SAP, and related systems

• Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and feasibility assessments

• Write URS (User Requirements Specifications) and RFQs (Requests for Quotation)

• Provide technical support during vendor negotiations

• Develop implementation plans and ensure structured handover to project managers

Requirements

• Proven experience with similar assignments in Food & Beverage / Dairy Industry

• In-depth knowledge of IT and automation standards

• Strong technical background in process automation and MES

• Experience with CAPEX projects and gate models

• Familiarity with URS/RFQ processes

• Ability to work independently while structuring complex problems
