Quick Facts

  • Role: Product Manager

  • Domain: PSA (professional services automation) resource management (staffing, demand, capacity, forecasting)

Description

Lead a product pod for the Resource Management surface in a next-generation PSA platform, defining what resourcing and staffing becomes for the future while continuing to deliver the current roadmap. Own forecasting and decision-support capabilities—demand/capacity forecasting, utilization and bench visibility, staffing-driven margin, and revenue per billable consultant. Produce detailed specifications for engineering, backed by customer evidence and usage data, including acceptance criteria for AI-assisted recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Demand and capacity forecasting from pipeline and signed work to predict staffing gaps that drive hiring decisions

  • Billable utilization and bench visibility, including time-to-staff and cost of unbilled availability

  • Translate staffing decisions into skill/availability/cost/margin trade-offs and surface this at the moment of decision

  • Link returned capacity to billable hours and realized rate (revenue per billable consultant)

  • Own the current Resource Management product surface: staffing/allocation, skills/certifications tracking, leave and calendars, and the permissions model

  • Define the next-generation specification for the same surface, grounded in deep knowledge of the current product

  • Write precise resourcing specifications for an AI-native platform

  • Engage with resource managers and operations leaders to convert insights into prioritized requirements

  • Track the workforce-planning software market and incorporate competitive/customer pressure into roadmap decisions

  • Prioritize features supported by usage and customer evidence

  • Partner daily with engineering and design inside the pod and across pods owning delivery execution and commercial data

  • Define acceptance criteria, including for AI-assisted staffing recommendations, and maintain quality before release

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance so the roadmap reflects deal wins and retention needs

  • Own the resource and capacity data contract used by other product areas

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience on a B2B SaaS product

  • Proven track record of shipping capabilities customers actually adopted

  • Strong customer relationship management and collaboration (participate in customer calls)

  • Strong written communication and evidence-driven decision-making

  • Collaboration, communication, and accountability working with a globally distributed team

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity

  • Experience working directly with engineering on data models and system design

  • AI-native working style: use AI to draft/maintain specs, perform competitive analysis, synthesize customer research, and prototype quickly

  • Deep understanding of resourcing, staffing, capacity planning, or workforce management (operations, product, or PSA/workforce-management experience)

Benefits

  • Flexible work model (office or hybrid)

  • Contract of employment or B2B

  • Private healthcare

  • Cafeteria system & Multisport

  • Modern office in the center of Wrocław

  • Business trips to the USA

  • Open and collaborative culture

  • Team events and integration trips
