Description

You will shape the product vision for how brands show up on the marketplace, turning brand presence into rich content experiences that buyers discover, trust, and return to. You will own end-to-end Rich Content across branded content, shoppable video, influencer-generated content (IGC), and user-generated content (UGC), integrated across homepage, listings, product pages, and brand stores.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Rich Content across the entire marketplace (branded content, shoppable video, IGC, UGC)

• Build and scale UGC and IGC pipelines: sourcing, incentivizing, and moderating user and influencer video at scale

• Integrate rich content into key touchpoints to drive discovery and conversion

• Manage content investments and scale delivery across branded, IGC, and UGC sources

• Drive end-to-end discovery using modern AI tools and rapid prototyping (vibe coding)

• Align product teams, manage organizational dependencies, and negotiate strategically with senior stakeholders

• Run continuous data-driven experiments and track metrics focused on customer engagement and incremental GMV

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or content/video platforms

• Hands-on product-builder mindset; comfortable using modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and discovery

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with senior leadership

• Highly autonomous; able to steer complex initiatives across multiple teams from concept to rollout

• Professional working proficiency in English (Polish is a plus)
