Description

Lead permitting planning to ensure smooth processes for required third-party approvals so projects can be implemented with build clearance (Baufreiheit). Own complete work packages within a large grid expansion project, coordinate internal and external service providers, and manage interfaces across specialist teams. Align with municipalities, public authorities, citizens, and stakeholders, and oversee contract document preparation and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth third-party approval processes required for successful project delivery

• Own and deliver complete work packages in a large network expansion project

• Coordinate internal and external service providers and manage interfaces with internal specialist disciplines

• Conduct information and coordination meetings with municipalities, public entities, citizens, and stakeholders

• Coordinate the creation and quality assurance of contract documentation

• Negotiate with landowners and public institutions

• Coordinate land access for owners and authorized users to enable use of required areas

Requirements

• University degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Geography, or comparable

• Experience in contract-related support for large infrastructure projects

• Strong project management capabilities and efficient task execution

• Interdisciplinary mindset and ability to push decisions through

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license class B

• Experience working with public authorities

• Knowledge of permitting processes
