Description

Lead Java development in the Cross-Border Payments and SWIFT Technology area, building secure, smooth, and reliable payment transactions for corporate customers. You will work with stakeholders in an agile, SAFe-based environment, implement business features, and support architecture modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business features for the Cross-Border Payments and SWIFT Technology area

• Act as a Tech Lead developer within agile teams

• Use problem-solving skills to address delivery and technical challenges

• Support architecture modernization

• Cooperate with other agile team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Java software development

• Proficiency in Java coding and ability to communicate effectively

• Knowledge of design patterns

• Knowledge/experience in API module building and implementation

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
