Description

Lead the design and delivery of new data-driven solutions for claims and benefits processing, including workflow automation and AI, using an agentic approach for a distributed microservices architecture. You will estimate engineering and architecture effort, assign tasks, supervise implementation and code reviews, and create technical documentation. Ensure operational and security requirements are met in delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and supervising system architecture
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector
• English proficiency at a communicative level (B2)
• Practical knowledge of API Governance
• Practical knowledge of DDD
• Experience with Event Driven Architecture
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring
• Experience working with the cloud
