Description

Join a project responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving business applications. You will design and align technical solutions for system changes (with focus on data security, architectural integrity, and continuity of operation), implement new functionality, review code, and prevent technical debt through refactoring. You will also diagnose and fix issues found during UAT and production, supported by monitoring data.

Responsibilities

• Design and agree technical solutions for system changes, considering data security, architecture quality, integrity, and operational continuity
• Implement new features and changes according to standards
• Perform code reviews and ensure solutions comply with programming and architectural standards
• Actively prevent technical debt, including initiating refactoring work
• Provide engineering and domain support during rollout and application maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve UAT-detected errors and production issues
• Analyze problems and errors using monitoring data
• Estimate effort for planned changes
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Ensure delivered code quality and support application development and stability

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer
• Minimum 3 years with Java
• Minimum 3 years with PostgreSQL
• Minimum 2 years with Angular
• Minimum 2 years working in Agile
• Strong knowledge of Java 18+, Spring Boot 3+, JPA
• Strong knowledge of Angular 19+, TypeScript, Node.js
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, REST, SOAP, Kafka
• Strong knowledge of Git and related tools: Bitbucket, GitHub
• Strong knowledge of Maven and/or Gradle
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge of Kibana and Elasticsearch
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows
• Strong knowledge of Tomcat
• Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
• English proficiency to use technical documentation
• Independence, good work organization, and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Ability to collaborate and share knowledge
