Description

Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM solutions supporting HR master data, payroll, time management, and organizational structure. You will implement regulatory changes end-to-end, build HCM components such as infotypes and reports, and develop integrations between SAP HCM and external systems using REST and SOAP. You will also support modernization efforts involving SAP Fiori, UI5, and modern frontend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP HCM for personnel, payroll, time management, and organizational structure
• Deliver regulatory changes and evolve HR processes in an end-to-end model
• Design and develop SAP HCM objects (infotypes, reports, data structures) for business needs
• Create and maintain integrations between SAP HCM and external systems using REST and SOAP
• Participate in SAP Fiori/UI5 and frontend modernization projects
• Ensure stability, quality, and continuous operation of key HR/payroll processes
• Collaborate with analysts, business partners, and IT teams on HR development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of ABAP development experience, including ABAP Objects
• Solid knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, and PT
• Experience with SAP extensions: User Exit, BAdI, and forms
• Experience developing and maintaining client-specific SAP solutions and integrating SAP with other applications
• Ability to independently analyze business needs and drive tasks to completion
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with business and technical teams
• English skills sufficient for project work (at least B1/B2)
• SAP SuccessFactors experience (preferred)
• Fiori/UI5 experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of Electronic Personnel Files (preferred)
• Experience with HR/payroll-related SAP BW (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP Content Server (preferred)
