Description

Build and maintain SAP HCM solutions supporting HR, payroll, time management, and organizational structure. Implement business-driven changes and end-to-end HR process improvements through requirement analysis, development, testing, and rollout, including integrations between SAP HCM and external systems using SOAP and REST. Participate in modernization initiatives such as Fiori/UI5 and UX/interface enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP HCM for Personnel, Payroll, Time Management, and Organizational Structure

• Implement enhancements and changes in line with business needs and regulations

• Co-create HR end-to-end processes from requirements analysis to delivery and testing

• Design and develop SAP HCM objects such as infotypes, reports, forms, and extensions of standard functionality

• Build integrations between SAP HCM and external systems using SOAP and REST

• Support development and modernization projects, including Fiori/UI5 solutions and UI/UX improvements

• Ensure stable and efficient HR/payroll processes

• Collaborate with analysts, business teams, and other IT teams during projects and implementations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

• SAP HCM experience with modules for Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), or Organizational Structure (OM)

• ABAP programming experience and desire to keep developing in the SAP ecosystem

• Understanding of SAP extensions such as User Exit, BAdI, and forms

• Ability to analyze business requirements and develop system solutions with help from more experienced team members

• Technical growth interest in SAP HCM, including modern solutions and integrations

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with both technical experts and business representatives

• Ability to use technical documentation in English (minimum B1)
