Description

Act as the digital focal point and subject matter expert for Business Intelligence reporting requirements. Develop and implement end-to-end SAP BI solutions delivering business value, strong user experience, and continuous innovation. Lead integration of BI tools and manage change after deployment, collaborating with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into digital solutions; contribute to BI strategy, roadmap, and standards

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality BI solutions following development guidelines, with emphasis on user experience and business outcomes

• Deliver projects on time and on quality/cost using agile methodologies; implement new functionalities based on business processes

• Ensure seamless integration of new tools and updates; drive simplification and consolidation of the application landscape

• Direct nearshore/offshore team activities and lead change management after deployment

• Advise on scoping, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of BI information systems; coordinate communication across digital areas

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent

• Extensive Business Intelligence experience (preferably 5+ years)

• Mandatory technical expertise in SAP BW and BW/4HANA developments

• Mandatory experience with Business Objects reporting tools: Lumira, Analysis for Office, Web Intelligence

• Mandatory experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Mandatory experience with BPC projects (BO administration skills are desirable)

• Strong knowledge of ABAP and SQL

• Experience with SAP BDC, Datasphere, Databricks, UI5, Fiori, CDS, or ODATA is beneficial

• Proven ability to work proactively with stakeholders under strict timelines in a collaborative environment

• Excellent analytical skills and effective communication

• Advanced English and good German proficiency
