Description

Drive end-to-end SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformations by designing, implementing, and optimizing planning solutions that improve supply chain forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and visibility.

Configure and customize key IBP modules (Demand, Supply & Inventory, S&OP, Control Tower), build planning models, and integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems.

Work with business stakeholders and technical teams through workshops, delivery to go-live, and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP IBP implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live

• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Inventory, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture planning processes and translate them into SAP IBP solutions

• Design and implement planning models, key figures, planning levels, and operators

• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP CPI or other middleware

• Support master data design and migration related to supply chain planning

• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants

• Collaborate with architects and developers on custom enhancements and extensions

• Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials

• Participate in pre-sales: solution presentations and effort estimations

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP implementation and configuration

• Strong knowledge of at least two SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or Control Tower

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration scenarios

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts (demand sensing, statistical forecasting, MRP, S&OP cycles)

• Experience conducting client workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs

• Proficiency working with Excel Add-in for SAP IBP and analytical planning views

• English proficiency (B2 or higher, written and spoken)
